Establishment of Lasto, the forerunner of HMF Nederland.

1973

Subsequently, Nima Speciaalwerk, Speciaalwerk Venray BV was established.

1987

Frans van Hoof establishes his company, Van Hoof Bedrijfsadviseurs (Business Consultants).

1989

Frans Van Hoof takes over the company Lasto, which he renamed HMF Nederland. HMF Nederland was the first business unit of what is currently called the Van Hoof Groep.

1993

Van Eijk Transmissie in Asten is founded by Frans van Hoof, Harry van Eijk and Marius Thijs. In the early days of this drive specialist, four employees worked in business premises of 500 m2.

1996

Having developed substantially, Van Eijk Transmissie moved to new premises at the Nobis industrial estate in Asten.

2001

Nicol van Hoof strengthens the family business.

2004

The Van Hoof Groep takes over the Venray expert in the field of high-precision mechanical machining. The machinery and almost all the employees move from Venray to Asten in 2006.

Van Eijk Transmissie wins the prestigious ESEF Award.

2015

On 24 May, founder Frans van Hoof celebrates his seventieth birthday with ‘his staff’.

2016

Nicol van Hoof meets Queen Máxima during a trade mission in Munich, Germany.

Geert van de Kerkhof joins the managing board of the Van Hoof Groep.

2017

The Van Hoof Groep is heralded as one of the Best of Brabant.

HMF Nederland moves from Valkenswaard to Asten. For the first time the three subsidiaries of the Van Hoof Groep operate under the same roof.
